SHL consolidated a must buy property stock

I do not want to elaborate more about this stock except two main points:- (1)Huge chunk of landbank in Selangor and KL that have never been revalued since 1998 and (2)Net cash in hand (RM299 million vs market capitalisation of RM542 million). NTA stood at RM2.40 What about the dividend yield? check your self.

NZ, SHL is rich in land bank and cash.

Nevertheless the stock has liquidity problem.

Please advise the entry price.

TNS, I have bought SHL in stages with average price of RM2.20-RM2.24.
This company has not recorded single loss since their listing donkey years ago and the management has been good in managing the company and conserving cash.

Dividend payment is on the uptrend and the company is expecting to report good result this coming month end. Couple with the fact that Free cash flow of the company is rising, i would rate this company strong buy with target price RM2.80 by June 2014.

Najib, SHL paid 19 sen per share of dividend last year and that really amaze me. This low profile company can pay such high dividend.

Edmund,market is all time high now. The only way to make money is investing in undervalued and cash rich stocks.

Buy a stock that when market turn bearish you still can sleep well.
Kfima,Padini,Pos malaysia is the stocks that I have recommended and I am still holding it tight.

Hopefully SHL consolidated will bring me handsome profit in the near future.
