US almost hit 2k in infected cases! But Donald Trump immediately declare state of emergency!
As Democrats scream and shout as usually, Donald made a decision that many previous presidents would not take!
I am sure, Donald will succeed! And once again, Democrats will attack him for doing the right thing! And sadly, Democrats will even create new law to ban Donald Trump from taking similar action in the future!

Trump can refuse get their citizens to do test and keep hiding. When the situation is getting worst and millions of infection causing people dead on the street like what had happened in Wuhan and Iran...we would see how their residents response. It may or may not happen in 2 months....
