Stock: Sen Heng (IPO)

Sen Heng IPO at RM1.07/share @28X PE is a hefty ask in my opinion. Reading their prospectus their growth plans seems farfetched and unachievable. I have attached my valuation for the stock with justifications of why I believe Sen Heng will be unable to justify their IPO price.
