Scientifically, pork is the best source of protein - best form of meat too. Know why Chinese has the lowest incidence of heart disease compared to the other two major races here?

Posted by EngineeringProfit > 2023-09-28 15:17 | Report Abuse

Pork is the answer.

Pork fat is the least hazardous and the collagen in pork is soft enough to hydrolyse into gelatine easily.

Pork is a rich source of certain vitamins and minerals (iron, zinc, etc) for the cellular metabolism of our body. It's also an excellent source of high-quality protein.

Substituting lean pork for beef and chicken has been proven in clinical trial to cause less body fat and better heart health.

The rather pertaining question is why certain people in certain were told not to eat pork historically.

Epidemiologically, in the middle east and the Muslim areas in China, tapeworm Taenia solium infection occurs following ingestion of contaminated pork.

Adult worms cause mild gastrointestinal symptoms. Cysticercosis is usually asymptomatic unless larvae invade the central nervous system, resulting in neurocysticercosis, which can cause seizures and various other neurologic problems.

Likewise, Taenia saginata, the beef tapeworm, is an important cyclo-zoonotic cestode in India and Buddhist dominated areas in the medieval China.

(That's why we should study history - to understand the past, live the present and think for the future)

And we don't even have to worry that pig is genetically too close to us. Comparison of the full DNA sequences of different mammals shows that we are more closely related to mice than we are to pigs. We last shared a common ancestor with pigs about 80 million years ago, compared to about 70 million years ago when we diverged from rodents.

Children with the luxury and privilege to eat pork will have greater brain development and outperform the peers who don't. There are scientific reasons for this

Study has found an association between childhood diet and cognitive function, where pork intake has been positively associated with earlier walking in infants, and later better cognitive function up to school age, independent of iron status.

Zinc deficiency is associated with decreased growth of neurons and brain volume, which leads to a possible slowdown in cognitive function. In addition, zinc levels have been linked to reading skills and school progress. zinc deficiency leads to poor learning ability, attention and memory capacity.

Don't look down on the iron-rich pork congee that Chinese mothers serve to their infants.

Iron deficiency in infancy is the most common deficiency of trace elements and can lead to irreversible damage to brain structure and cognitive function

Its heme-iron is the easiest to digest and absorb by children's digestive system. And unlike other types of red meat, such as beef and lamb, pork is particularly rich in thiamine — one of the B vitamins that plays an essential role in various bodily functions

Posted by EngineeringProfit > 2023-09-28 17:58 | Report Abuse

Having high in thiamine, it helps to convert carbohydrates so they can be used by our children's body -> less obesity and diabetes

Religiosity-rooted sense of humanitarianism is perniciously limited in scope, as it primarily benefits those within the same religious community. Religious exclusivity leads to discrimination and conflict, undermining the ultimate sense of humanity. Therefore, the impact of religiosity on humanity sense is nuanced and very much depends on the interpretation and practice of religious teachings.

Intermittent fasting and dehydration in young children have detrimental long-term health, psychological, metabolic, and epigenetic implications. Here's why:

1. **Nutritional Deficiency**: Young children have high nutritional requirements for growth and development. Fasting can lead to inadequate intake of essential nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, and protein, which are crucial for their physical and jeopardize their cognitive development irreversible.

2. **Dehydration**: Fasting from dawn till dusk without consuming water can lead to dehydration, especially in young children who may not be able to communicate their thirst effectively. Chronic dehydration can impact various bodily functions, including kidney health, cognitive function, and overall well-being.

3. **Metabolic Imbalances**: Prolonged fasting can disrupt metabolic processes in growing children. Fluctuations in blood sugar levels due to fasting can lead to metabolic imbalances, potentially increasing the risk of insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, and other metabolic disorders later in life. Innmany of these countries, the prevalence of diabetes is increasing exponentially as children fast at progressively younger age.

4. **Psychological Impact**: For young children, fasting may lead to feelings of fatigue, irritability, and difficulty concentrating. These psychological effects can impact their academic performance, social interactions, and overall mental health both during and after fasting.

5. **Epigenetic Changes**: There is emerging evidence suggesting that nutritional and environmental factors, such as fasting, can influence gene expression through epigenetic mechanisms. Exposing young children to fasting during critical periods of development may lead to lasting epigenetic changes that could predispose them to obesity, diabetes and various cardiometabolic conditions later in life.

The irresponsible and greedy actions of rich businessmen, politicians, and people of power have indeed compromised the livelihoods of farmers and commoners, leading to environmental degradation, social inequality, and a loss of connection to nature. It's time for society to recognize the inherent flaws in our current economic and social systems and work towards a more sustainable and equitable future.

Destruction of Agricultural Land: Property development often involves the conversion of fertile agricultural land into urban areas, leading to a loss of crucial resources for food production. This destruction of agricultural land contributes to an artificial shortage of food supply, ultimately impacting the livelihoods of farmers and the availability of food for commoners.

Loss of Habitat for Wildlife: The expansion of urban areas through property development also encroaches upon natural habitats, denying animals of their homes and contributing to habitat loss and fragmentation. This loss of habitat threatens biodiversity and can lead to the extinction of many living beings.

Greed and Consumerism: The relentless pursuit of profit and wealth by those in power drives property development at the expense of environmental sustainability and social equity. This greed-driven approach prioritizes short-term gains over long-term consequences, leading to ecological degradation and social injustice.

Urban Living and Stress: City dwellers, influenced by the consumerist culture perpetuated by greedy businessmen and politicians, often find themselves trapped in stressful, cramped living conditions. They sacrifice quality of life for material possessions and convenience, living in cubicle-like apartments devoid of connection to nature.

Abandonment of Family and Community: The pursuit of wealth and status often leads people to prioritize their own interests over the well-being of their families and communities. Many urbanites are guilty of abandoning their elderly parents or neglecting community ties in pursuit of personal success.

Yearning for Nature and Peace: Despite their material comforts, city dwellers often find themselves longing for the peace and tranquility of rural life. They seek refuge in the outskirts, yearning for a connection to nature that they have helped destroy through their unsustainable lifestyles.

Educated but Foolish: Despite their education and privilege, many urbanites fail to recognize the destructive impact of their actions on the environment and society. They remain blind to the consequences of their greed and consumerism, perpetuating a cycle of exploitation and destruction.
