Direct and Indirect Interest

Ordinary Shares

Disposal of a total of 23,388,700 ordinary shares in the following manner:- (I) Mr. Yau Kah Tak has disposed all his 782,000 ordinary shares (direct interest) in the Company via Direct Business Transaction on 2 September 2024; and (II) Ms. Mary King Siaw Ning, the wife of Mr. Yau Kah Tak, has disposed all her 22,606,700 ordinary shares in the Company via Direct Business Transaction on 2 September 2024. Deemed Interest by virtue of his wife's shareholding pursuant to Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2016. As a result, Mr. Yau Kah Tak ceased to become a substantial shareholder of the Company.
