The Board of Directors of Malton Berhad (Company) wishes to announce that, the Ordinary Resolution on Proposed disposal by Regal Path Sdn Bhd, a 51% joint venture of the Company, of the Pavilion Bukit Jalil Mall to Pavilion Real Estate Investment Trust for a total indicative disposal consideration of RM2,200,000,000 asset out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company (EGM) dated 3 March 2023, was approved by the shareholders by way of poll at the EGM held on Wednesday, 22 March2023at 10.00 a.m.

The results of the poll, which werevalidated by SharePolls Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company is attached herewith.
