The Board of Directors of Bumi Armada Berhad ("Bumi Armada" or "Company") is pleased to announce that at the Twenty-Seventh Annual General Meeting ("27th AGM") held today, which was conducted entirely via Remote Participation and Voting ("RPV") facilities, all resolutions as set out in the Notice dated 26April 2023have been passed.
All resolutions were voted on a poll via RPV facilities in accordance with Paragraph 8.29A of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's Main Market Listing Requirements.
The results of the poll were validated by SKY Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.

50% shareholders and 32% of shares are against free giveaway of bonus shares to the CEO of BAB. I am also against it. A gift of 1.5 mln every year is excessive.
