The Board of Directors of Hovid Berhad ("Hovid" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the shareholders of Hovid had at its Thirty-seventhAnnual General Meeting ("37th AGM") held today, 19 December 2017, approved all resolutions set out in the Notice of 37th AGM dated 30 October 2017by way of poll.

The results of the poll were validated by Swee Yuen Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineerappointed by the Company.

They make use of all small holders' $$ to build the company up and now when they have grown up and become strong they want to throw the small holders away on a cheap offer.
