Maybank Investment Bank Bhd (Maybank IB) is issuing eight new European style cash-settled structured warrants, with an issue size of 100 million each.

The warrants are over the ordinary shares of Affin Holdings Bhd, Boustead Holdings Bhd, JCY International Bhd, Mah Sing Group Bhd, Multi-Purpose Holdings Bhd, Tan Chong Motor Holdings Bhd, Telekom Malaysia Bhd and YTL Corporation Bhd.

"The warrants, to be listed tomorrow, are priced at 15 sen each for a 10-month period," it said in a statement today.

The warrants terms and conditions are stated in their respective term sheets and should be read together with the base prospectus dated Sept 19 and first supplementary base prospectus dated April 19, it added. -- BERNAMA
