Petronas cuts Tapis oil price factor

Petroliam Nasional Bhd, the Malaysian state oil company known as Petronas, set a price-adjustment factor for its Tapis crude at US$5 a barrel for August, according to a company official who asked not to be identified because of internal rules.

That's down from US$8.15 for July and is the lowest in 15 months.- Bloomberg

"still making good profit...no worries" according to another company official who asked not to be identified who also hdoubles up as a snitch which goes against internal rules.
