KUALA  LUMPUR: WCT Holdings Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, WCT Berhad (WCTB), has won a RM214 million construction contract from Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd.

The contract is to construct infrastructure works and a vehicular underpass at the Kwasa Damansara Township Development, Selangor. 

In a Bursa Malaysia filing today, the property development company said WCTB had executed and accepted the letter of award for the works, which are expected to be completed within 30 months from Aug 1, 2024.

"The works under the contract encompass, amongst others, site clearance, demolition works, earthworks, geotechnical works, road works, bridge structure, vehicular underpass structure, drainage works, water reticulation, sewerage works, mechanical and electrical works, river improvement and routine maintenance works," it added.
