According to a statistic, it is showing that 70% of undergraduate are female and 30 % are male only.This means more of female will have more opportunity to work in the small and medium enterprise and multinational companies who required at least undergraduate certificate. This will lead female' disposable income to become higher.This will lead the demand of cosmetic or beauty product increase, especially by the brand of eig having.Thats why i am accumulating eig start from year 2015 and will continue to do so.

I suprised that Mr Brian Chieng Ngee Wen bought 15000 shares at RM0.87 today. Mr Brian is the boss second son , who was working at high level management of Affin Hwang Investment Bank, he was redesignated as an Executive Director of EIG on 1 April 2016.He came back to help his dad and elder Roderick Chieng Ngee Kai

Revenue drop this quarter because Eig is spending lot of money to give discount for brand branding and promotional activites to start their initial investment in Indonesia. Once Eig start to reap fruits from expanding to Indonesia who has 260m population, the performance of Eig will improve a lot.

Eig today closed 92sen after one years plus below 90 sen. Looking forward for Eig to go higher as i put my faith on women spending power is increasing yearly.

They invested heavily in human resources and headcount for various business channels in prior years and we should be seeing a turnaround soon. Looking at the diversity in terms of product selection it is unlikely that they'll find themselves in a Body Shop scenario which is diversification done right. Their products also are a lot more affordable I find with business channels that are waiting to be tapped. The relatively low number of shares issued would also mean greater upside and momentum moving forward with possibly some investments being diverted to promotion and advertising in order to create more noise in their newer brand partnerships. Looks poised for a good couple of years given the decent balance sheet and director confidence towards the company and brands they carry.
