@SincereStock, yes RM5+RM10, total RM15 need to pay. If holding is small then not worth it. Last time AXREIT absorbed the RM 10 stamp duty for shareholders holding less than certain amount to encourage small shareholders to participate.

Q2 total revenue = 36.5 million, EPS=1.4 cents. assume *4Q=5.6cents annually while the private placement at about 60cents? At 5.25 cents today is a good buy, but what worrying is the management and accounting to me. Anyway, let's see this Q result, if good maybe can fly back to 70 cents or more, thus, put in my ikan bilis bids , go go Hektar ........hehehe.......................

Average occupancy rate of malls dipped slightly to 85.6% in 3QFY24 but is expected to improve in 4QFY24 with new tenants secured. New tenants have been secured for Subang Parade, Mahkota Parade, Central Square and Segamat Central. These new tenants are expected to increase the overall average occupancy rate of its malls to 92% by end of FY24.
