if you see what happening to fintec, key alliance, xox ,........ their share price falling below 2 sen,.......number of shares increase to 5-6 billions ,........
all their companies cash gone,.......more than rm150mil cash spend on buying rotten companies at minimum 5 times above market price,..........you can ask the big shots inside, why they make such a decision ?
now all the big shots have run away,.......leaving you alone inside,......who can you

the crooks modus operandi in running public listed companies :-
1. sell their shares to public,........exchange your good money for their toilet paper shares.
2. take the company cash out,.......put it into their pocket.
what can you do to this kind of practice ?
the only way is not to touch them,.........even at 1 sen,........this kind of companies unlikely to fly high,........they are not that silly for you to make their money,.......

they dump company shares to you at very low price,.......after that,........they loot your company cash away,........leaving you with empty tin can & some rotten assets,.........
how your company going to survive without cash ?.........how are you going to sell your rotten company ?.........who will buy ?
nobody will buy this type of company,.........you will be holding it alone !
they may come back to consolidating your company at your expenses,.........you have to absorb all the loses,........take the hair cut,.........
