what is the use of revaluation surplus if the company year after year making huge losses.jual cepat.a lot of internal problems and the peak project sudah mati.so sure no dividend.check this company record.tiap tiap tahun rugi besar

Dont even bother investing in every counter that resides in Menara Lien Hoe. All these are just platforms for their bosses to goreng stock, to earn and take it as private investment fund just to open and buy small companies into their building.
Lien Hoe < DGB < XOX < FINTECH = They are all the same owners and bosses including Steve Tan and Nicholas Wong.
Almost every quarter are making millions of losses but yet they are driving bentley and luxury branded cars.
