Thought stabilized at RM 1.90, now going to minor support at around RM1.73. Price fell due to shorties, forced selling, or Directors selling.? If so should have declaration by Directors. Waiting at bottom to collect some as Vietnam Factory , so far no Bad news, right ?

From price going up slowly, can be good results out from Vietnam Operations. Anyway very small paid up, can run fast. Seems Revenue can be 90 million, and thus profit should be good.

Net profit margin, is around 11%, so net profit is around 10 mil, for 108 mil shares, roughly 9 cents/ share eps. Total for year should be around 30 cents, thus at RM 1.80, PE is 6X, which is low and can be rerated. Let us wait for the result, either today or or Monday.

Let's make this a lesson. There is possibility that the latest report has been known to insiders few months back. This explained the sudden drop last month. They reason told was that the drop was due to fear from the 'director was selling', but God knows whether this is true or not.

MONEY MANAGEMENT is 1st thing 1st
Every investors must have a plan n work the plan.
a. Plan a portfolio of 6 to 8 stocks n divide your fund into 6 or 8 n have an av amount per stock.
Then each stock could have 2 entry pts. Buy small in penny stocks.
Only when your portfolio is making good money then try pyramiding = concentrate 30-40% on 1 stock, hoping to max the return.
b. Never use margin or borrowed money to trade stocks. only when u r the proven best in the country, u can use margin!
c. Cut loss we must n mandatory at -9% = bcos the 1st loss is the BEST loss in down trend stocks.
Drops > 9% at close from the highest price is a sell.
d. Concentrate on great A1 stocks n constantly do rebalancing when mkt gathers steam.
Importantly, every stock in the portfolio must be in a profit position.

What's the reason behind drop in profit margin excluding forex loss & one-off gain? My personal view is due to the newly completed factory. Setup cost and hiring of new employees but sales haven't kicks in. What you all think ?

I am holding.. :) Managed to sell partially above rm2
My avg cost now below rm1.. Will wait till new factory mass production only judge.. I believe soften in demand for home appliances just temporary, and new orders will kick in soon in 2nd half, if not then 1st half of 2024 :)
