Penergy earning per share:
As at 31 Dec 23: 8.22c
As at 30 SEP 23: 5.14c
As at 30 Jun 23: 5.06c
As at 31 Mar 24: loss 1.84c
We can see clearly that performance of stock is very much depending on any extension of contracts or any upcoming new contracts and how will the company can minimise its operation expenses.

An increase share price of 18c in my opinion is too fast for an increase of a mere 8.2c EPS.
Chase at your own risk.

I agree. Based on personal experience working with an investment advisor, l currently have Rm in a well-diversified portfolio that has experienced exponential growth. It's not only about having money to invest in stocks, but you also need to be knowledgeable, persistent, and have strong hands to back it up.
