The Notice was served by Lim Hau Yang, Ang Sok Kiang, Ungguh Holdings Sdn Bhd, Teo En Chie, Lee Chee Hoon, Chin Choon Wei, Liaw Way Gian and Hong Mei Ying, the shareholders who jointly hold more than 10.0% of the total issued share capital of the Company, subject to verifications made against the Record of Depositors of the Company as of the date of the Notice of Requisition. This announcement is dated 31 May 2023.
These shareholders , in combined, give the power to remove azri azerai, Mohd Shakir bin Shahimi , Nuraiman bin Shaiful Annuar from holding office as Directors. These people from Bintai (PN17)

Super strong support and buy support.
Today selling pressure is very well absorbed despite long weekend ahead and able to close at new 52week high level.
Since the price is still low, maybe 30sen is achievable prior to the EGM date and maybe more.
Nobody knows.
