chart shows it has a series of HL, higher-low.
it shd take off to a big MAJOR C soon i.e. closing > 23 with vol.

Exsim Lim brothers are well known developers. They would revamp the hotel properties acquired from Its previous owner Mui Holding to become the world class resort and rent them out through Arbnb where they doing it at KLCC ( KUALA LUMPUR CITY Center). They already have years of experience in these area. PM Holding is expected to turn around.

EXSIM has been operating Airbnb rental service in KLCC (Kuala Lumpur City Center) for many years. I just wonder whether EXSIM would combine the Airbnb rental service in KLCC and Port Dickson and separate them from the property developments for better management and control ???

If the KLCC Airbnb and Port Dickson Airbnb rental services were to combine, the profitability would be much better.

EXSIM earlier on revealed through the media that the acquisition of PM Holding is for the expansion of short term accommodation business where they have been doing it for years at KLCC. That shows the business is profitable and wants to increase further through other ideal locations and Port Dickson is one of the targets.
Quite likely they would combine the KLCC and the Port Dickson units together even though they did mention that they would not inject property developments into PM Holding.
In other words, there would brighter future and better prospects for PM Holding.

EXSIM spent about RM36.73 million for the acquisition of PM Holding. That is not a small sum. EXSIM should have bigger plan or strategy in mind which has yet to announce !

With EXSIM power let's hope PM Holding jump past RM0.50 next week and then go to RM0.60 and above.
The EXSIM brothers are the notable developers and of high caliber and integrity.
Recently we noticed that PM Holding with strong support from the investors and was one of the top volume counters among the active lists . Today 18-05-2024 Saturday.
