BS one. The purpose is to exhaust the cash availability of RG into the cash bank of MG . Eventually RG is cash stricken as a result of which PP and or RI will be done to increase the share base of RG ,diluting the shareholding of shareholders. As said earlier on, PN17 would be triggered faster than you can imagine.

From the edge....."Revenue Group Bhd posted a net loss of RM9.36 million for the third quarter ended March 31, 2023 (3QFY2023) from a net profit of RM4.66 million a year earlier, on lower revenue from its business activities. This is the group's third consecutive quarterly net loss. Revenue Group said the lower revenue from its business segment was unable to cover the group’s fixed operating cost coupled with higher administrative expenses, finance costs and share of loss of results of associates. Quarterly revenue declined 55.78% to RM10.1 million from RM22.84 million."

Sometimes, if not a big mnc co, it is best not to simply buy over any company for the sake pushing up the co. It might end up as a misery. Now the associates co also not able to produce result, might end up borrow more money from parent now.
