Not true that this is a scam counter. just that the current price is over-valued. market will determine its appropriate value in few weeks time. buy in again at RM0.2 range.

1. even 0.19 cent is still an expensive price, considering geotechnical instrumentation and testing industry is a low grow industry.
their industry carg Malaysia for 2017 – 2021: -ve%
their industry carg for Singapore for 2017 – 2021: 5%
2. last 4 years revenue also did not grow much
3. directors & key management remuneration is too high almost 24% of gross profit. industry in general remeneration is better around 10% of gross profit.
4. what they can offer is only WiNA platform and their expansion to Singapore is nothing new

KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 7): Edaran Bhd’s share price hit an 18-month high of 71 sen in Tuesday morning trade, after its unit Edaran IT Services Sdn Bhd won a contract to maintain the Royal Malaysian Customs Department’s operating system and MySST (Malaysia Sales & Services Tax) application worth RM89.88 million — which is almost three times the company’s market capitalisation based on its Monday (Nov 6)’s closing price.
In a filing on Monday, Edaran said the contract, which was awarded by the Ministry of Finance, started on Sept 1 and will span a period of four years.
