Hi if there anyone can analysis current situation. CEO being take out by the board, but still a CEO, if there still entitle any ESOS for CEO.?. But anyhow he also one of the founder.

Look at the biz, mostly investing as owner and operator for renewable energy. Cypark not only the largest in that biz segment but more importantly the earlier one in the game. Look at the numbers and make your own assessment. Does it deserve the current price of below RM 1 ? You can definitely find the right answer if you are willing to do some homework.

everyone is disappointed on their accounting statement already! this can only improve once the new senior management team fixed their main issues.
Cypark has numerous significant problems that need addressing. The previous management ( including the current CEO), has been ineffective in managing the company's finances. 1) A vast amount of funds have been raised through private placements, sukuk, loans, etc., yet it's unclear how much of this capital has genuinely been allocated to projects. 2) The company's immediate hope lies in completing the last two LSS projects ( forever delay!!!!) and also ensuring the WTE Plant run at full capacity.
from recent QRs, AGMs, and company updates, it's clear that the new senior management team is actively working towards resolving the company's issues. Achieving full operational capacity in the existing facilities is crucial for the company's turnaround into profitability. The TOP QUESTION is: How long will the resolution process take? What is the expected timeline for these fixes?
