看了下 The Shore shopping mall项目， 设计结构采光差，灯也不够亮，多间商店已关，整个商场暗沉沉，河边走道这么久了也未完工，人潮是最重要的，路不通，买东西的也只是楼上住户。河边空间是能举办些街头表演来吸引各国旅客或歇脚的点，但都没行动。。。

Today shot up 5 sen striking a new high of 81 sen. In 2022 the company reported 23 sen EPS and in 2021 18 sen EPS. Currently it is selling at PE 3.5. It deserves a higher rating.

As long as no major selldown, it's still within uncle KYY power to support price.
Uncle KYY only invest in counter with 400M outstanding shares and 200-300 MCap.
Lai Uncle KYY, push 200-300% return first. PE10 still reasonable price.
