The Company was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 10 March 2023 (“Date of Listing”). The Company has raised gross proceeds of RM155.7 million from its IPO (“IPO Proceeds”)
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce it has deliberated and resolved to undertake the variation and to extend the timeframe for the utilisation of IPO Proceeds for another 6 months until 18 May 2025.
Further details of the Variation are set out in the attachment.
This announcement is dated 19 November 2024.

Too many crab uncles trapped in RM1 so hopefully the Taiwanese syndicate can push up the price to set free those crab uncles who took out all their EPF saving and all-in this crab stock at RM1 due to the bullish analyst report. God bless you all better take the bus to Genting Highland and play big small with Uncle Lim as the winning odd for this crab stock don't justify the risk.
