A agree. There is a lot of fun making $1,000 one day, $4,000 next day, $10,000 the next etc. Those are good news.
The fun stops and pain comes when suddenly you lose $50,000 in a morning.
The pain grows when next you try to make back the losses, but instead, lose another $100,000.
Those are bad news. Unfortunately, that is closer to reality.

Calvintaneng have got a very SIMPLE way of looking at stock price...ie numbers, numbers and more numbers....i think the PEOPLE running the company is even more important....eg experience, trustworthy, integrity etc....GROWING the company moving forward.

KUALA LUMPUR: Pekat Group Bhd has sealed a power purchase agreement (PPA) to supply solar-generated electricity to Majlis Bandaraya Seberang Prai (MBSP) for a 15-year period.
In a statement today, the solar photovoltaic (PV) and earthing and lightning protection (ELP) specialist said the PPA was inked between its wholly-owned Pekat Solar Sdn Bhd and MBSP, under the government's Net Energy Metering (NEM) scheme.
Pekat executive director Wee Chek Aik said the contract is a testament to the company's ability to secure quality projects with long-term recurring income to provide earnings stability for the company and its shareholders.
"The project complements the rising awareness in environmental, social and governance (ESG) agenda by providing an avenue for MBSP to reduce carbon footprint in a sustainable manner through the adoption of clean energy, while helping achieve savings in its electricity bill for the long run.
"Together with the EV charging facility, Pekat's offerings support MBSP's move towards decarbonisation as a low-carbon city come 2022.
"We believe more city council, municipal council and government agencies, after seeing MBSP's decarbonisation project, will adopt the PPA model to take advantage of the NEM scheme to reduce their electricity bills," he said.
Pekat Solar will install, own, and operate a rooftop solar PV system with generation capacity of 536 kilowatt-peak, atop MBSP's car park facility.
Pekat Solar will also install and deliver to MBSP an electric vehicle (EV) charging station on-site.
With this installation, Pekat Solar has completed more than 12 megawatt-peak car park systems, mostly integrated type where solar panels formed part of the roof system.
"Pekat will continue to pursue solar PV system projects both as a leading EPCC contractor and RPVI, while building further on our track record as a specialist in the ELP systems," Wee said

rumors is in, Fast is involved in the funding part for LSSPV projects... (might be a JV with banks to fund them, or with some mega funds behind to support the EPCC / Concession Owner, funding size is around RM 800m)
