On January 29, 2010, the Company announced the cessation of its wholly owned subsidiary, MDD-Double Decker Foods (Suzhou) Co. Ltd. On January 29, 2010, the Company announced the disposal of its interest in MDD Bulk Foods Sdn Bhd. In April 2010, the Company ceased operations of its Nicolet confectionery business segment. The Company's subsidiaries include Pacific Food Products Sendirian Berhad, which is engaged in manufacturing and marketing of food products; MDD Beverage Sdn Bhd, which is engaged in manufacturing, marketing, and contract packing of soft drinks, and Mamee-Double Decker ICT Sdn Bhd, which is engaged in provision of information system management and motor vehicle rental services.
