Eastern Pacific Industrial Corporation Berhad (EPIC) is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the provision of management services to the subsidiaries. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in managing a petroleum supply base, providing and maintaining port services and facilities, tubular threading and ancillary services, onshore and offshore minor fabrication and maintenance services and providing information communication technology services. It operates in four segments: Investment holding; Oil and gas operations, which manages petroleum supply base, and onshore and offshore minor fabrication and maintenance services; Port management, and Other, which consists of the provision of threading tubular, environmental management and information communication technology. On March 31, 2010, the Company acquired 50% interest in Eastern Pacific Marine Services Sdn. Bhd. On December 21, 2010, it disposed of its 100% interest in Natuream-Enviro Services Sdn. Bhd.
