Trading includes trading of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Services include operating coin-operated laundry business. Proprietary solutions include computer software development, maintenance, and support services. Property development includes buy, sell, rent and operate self-owned or leased real estate land, property development, and project management. Most of the firm's revenue is derived from China and Malaysia.

According to Google, The effect of a buyback is to reduce the number of outstanding shares on the market, which increases the ownership stake of the stakeholders. A company might buyback shares because it believes the market has discounted its shares too steeply, to invest in itself, or to improve its financial ratios.
Does any one know that that FAIR VALUE by Bloomberg for JAG is at RM3.46 or 89.6% discounts from its fair value.
Current inventory stood at RM71 mil,. previous average is RM40+.

if you compare the price of gold vs copper, it seems that copper is about the same % increase with gold.
but now gold & PM stocks (e.g. Newmont etc) have gone up gao2..
this could be the last moment to load up on JAG, a proxy play to the copper trade in Malaysia.
we are now in a quiet bull regime (per MacroOps)..
things should look better going forward if the price of copper can sustain within this band

高盛：今年中銅將再破歷史高
Mining.com 4月初報導，全球銅庫存處於歷史低檔，導致3月7日銅價衝上每噸11,000美元，創盤中空前高。最看多銅價的高盛7日報告稱，銅會在「夢遊中走向缺貨」。
高盛表示，銅基本面出現極端變化，銅在傳統庫存過剩的季節，儲量持續下滑，為十年來首見。高盛估計今年銅會劇烈短缺，決定上調3、6、12個月目標價，預測銅價3個月內再破歷史新高，且一年內將升至每噸13,000美元。

During AGM, the board got mention that they think they think the share price is undervalue
means the director want to buy more to keep or the company want to do share buy back? since one of their agenda is share buy back approval.. i guess there must be something move around.

What is all about Mgmt share buyback. Something must be cooking. Wonder whether it has got to do with the upcoming property launch.

I think they gave up the property division already... not much was mentioned during AGM and Annual Report.
I believe they posted a good quarter in up coming QR... JAG Bag significant contract with BNM but no subsequent announcement and detail on it. It might something good happening I guess...

better trade on CFD to ride shorting trend position on most stocks. buying and holding stock feels like holding bitcoin nowadays.
