Yes, Sharun, you r right. All data centers need ports from telco, commonly are monopolized by either TM or Timecom.

Remember this port in service is long term service! In other words, developers earned one time profit, but TM/ Timecom would harvest the fruits by providing the data center port in services long term.

@james, wah! you are also buying TM shares, apart from PETDAG. must be holding a lot of counters. regret i sold 5000 shares at 2.19@ after the former PM MAHATHIR won in the GE recently when the price dropped badly.
