Noticed at Subang Parade already upgrading the downlights on the upper floors. Much brighter and according to the technicians there it is a lot more efficient. Also they mentioned they are using only PHILIPS for all their malls as ESG is a major concern for them.

Hektar Real Estate Investment Trust (Hektar REIT) issued five-year medium-term notes (MTNs) worth RM215m — the first issuance under Hektar MTN Satu Sdn Bhd's MTN programme of up to RM500m in nominal value. The MTNs have a coupon rate of 4.2% per annum and are guaranteed by Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility, a trust fund of the Asian Development Bank. Proceeds from the guaranteed MTNs will be used to refinance existing borrowings and fund the REIT's capital expenditure and asset enhancement initiative for Subang Parade.

HEKTAR closed strongly at 72 sen. Thanks to HEKTAR and 24 other green stocks offsetting red, my portfolio made new all time highs again today - that's 12 times in May alone. What an amazing month. Thank-you HEKTAR and thank-you Mr Market!

hing not right for this counter,
1. Most of the mall counter like CMLT show good result during Holiday session but not this ctr.
2. Purchase additional business "School" did not see any improvement in profits.
3. The additional 20% private placement did not bring any positive value to current shareholders.
4. Compare to last years the result and distributable $$ is obviously declining while all sectors are recovering/performing, especially the tourism and mall.
May be MACC need to check the accounting .......hehehe...................

As a retailer, I can't predict this.
I believe market knew about this at least 1-2 weeks prior with the gap down after closing strongly at 72 sen.
Nevertheless, this shows why it is important to diversify, so that sudden news like this doesn't prevent our total portfolio from making new highs again.
Thanks to LCTITAN, today, my portfolio made new all time highs again, notwithstanding HEKTAR has been a drag since hitting a high of 72 sen 2 weeks ago. In fact, since 2 weeks ago, my portfolio made new all time highs 3 times, notwithstanding HEKTAR fell from 72 sen to 62 sen.
