The main problem of Bintai is not Azri. It is the uncollected project money from state of Malacca. The director should think of way to get state of Malacca to pay the money. MBSB no longer support for their loan because Bintai was not able to pay the interest of their loan. TNB terminate the contract with Bintai because they lose confident towards the poor financial status of Bintai at that moment.

Seems like too risky to invest in Bintai. Money laundering and poor financial management that cause company to enter PN17. Better reduce the position and wait for the company to recover, no hurry.
