Structured warrants are proprietary instruments issued by a third-party issuer, namely an eligible broker or financial institution that give holders the right, but not the obligation, to buy (call warrants) or sell (put warrant) the underlying instrument in the future for a fixed price.
A call warrant is in-the-money when the exercise price is lower than the price of the underlying share.
A put warrant is in-the-money when the underlying share price is lower than the exercise price.

I dont think Ghl is handling the tng wallet into china, most likely it is under alipay network as tng is a sister company of alipay.

Coz some time back it was only 70sens level......
Will watch a few more days b4 chopping...hopefully it retest the RM1.....again.

Higher earnings in 2H23. We expect higher earsnings in 2H23 with higher contribution from cross-border transactions with the expectation of higher tourist arrivals, especially from China. GHL had also announced its partnership with Standard Chartered Malaysia to provide merchants with comprehensive payment solutions. We expect this to continue benefiting both its TPA and shared services segments.
Micro lending services in Thailand and the Philippines. GHL is expanding into micro lending services, disbursing RM10m in 2022 and RM20m in 1Q23 in Malaysia. The lending business’ targeted customers would be GHL’s merchants as GHL has access to their transactions and business data for better risk management. GHL targets to have RM8-12m disbursement per month in 2023 with GHL starting to launch the micro lending services in Thailand and the Philippines. The management mentioned this would contribute about 6% of its total revenue in 2-3 years’ time.
