Delisted is benefit to director. They still can hold and manage company with high salary. They still can get dividends if company earn profit. Similar like sdn bhd. So delisted is only affected small shareholder can not trade share easily.

Reference is made to AWANTEC’s announcements on 13 October 2023 and 8 April 2024.
AWANTEC had failed to submit the proposed regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval within the extended timeframe of 13 April 2024.
In the circumstances and pursuant to paragraph 8.03A(3) of the Main Market Listing Requirements and Bursa Securities’ letter dated 13 October 2023, the trading in the securities of AWANTEC will be suspended with effect from 26 April 2024.

Don't dream anymore if no suspension why bursa announcement the date of suspension 26 Arp? The awantec already 2 years didn't submit regulation plan. No more chance to extend. The result will be delisted because awantec still continuing fight with government court case. SC will not allowed to extend or cancel the submission of regulation plan. Until now awantec still unable to provide a regulation plan meaning they are fail to meet the listing requirements. Their business cannot meet the regulation plan requirements so they totally don't want to provide a plan. Still dreaming waiver of submission. 26 Apr confirm suspend. Same as serbadk suspend 2 years at least. If you can wait 2 years you just keep it

In view that this matter of Appeal has been escalated to the relevant regulatory authorities of Bursa for deliberation and decision, this matter can be decided quite fast…. Even delisted, Awantec can still operate as a private entity to rejuvenate….

Awantech is cash rich and making profit for the last 2 quater. Revenue is abit small ie about 28m. Coming out with a business plan for doing new business is not a 'masak masak' game. You cannot jump into a new business with relevant personel and experience. That is the reason Awantech refuse to submit a regulalisation plan. AwanT wants to grow their current business organically. The are contracted by the Govt to migrate Govt data to Goggle cloud. All this insuniations that Govt is after Awantec is nonsense. I got no fear. Just be prepared to hold 1 year is Bursa really suspend. Hold 1 year for 100% profit. Where to find. Just look at Ageson. Lousy co. Cannot even submit Acc and Director charge in court for falsifying documents. Pre suspension, I buy at 3 cents. After uplift from suspension I sell at 7 cents. More than 100% profit for holding 8 months
