Reason	Deemed interest by virtue of Section 8(4) of the Companies Act 2016 pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement dated 5 June 2017 between Wang-Zheng Resources Sdn Bhd, Marco-Link Sdn Bhd, Charost Limited, Zhong-Xin Construction Co. Ltd (collectively as Sellers) and Hegan (Malaysia) Investments Company Limited (as Buyer) ("HMI") for the acquisition of 80,000,000 ordinary shares of Wang-Zheng Berhad ("WZB"). Mr Hui Lin Chit's deemed interest in WZB arises by virtue of him being the settlor and beneficiary of the Hui Family Trust, for which Credit Suisse Trust Limited is the trustee, and, as at the date of this notice, Credit Suisse Trust Limited has a 100% shareholding (through Serangoon Limited and Seletar Limited as nominee In trust for Credit Suisse Trust Limited) in An Ping Investments Limited, which has a 100% shareholding in An Ping Holdings Limited, which has a 20% shareholding in Hengan International Group Company Limited, which in turn has a 100% shareholding in HMI.
