He graduated in 1988 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) Degree from the Australian National University, Australia. He has been a chartered member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants since 1992. He had also attended the Advanced Management Programme at the Oxford University in year 2000 under the British Government Chevening Scholarship Award.

Rosman bin Abdullah has over 15 years extensive experience in management and corporate advisory services that include auditing, accounting, corporate services, corporate finance and management. His career started in 1988 when he joined Hanafiah Raslan & Mohammad, a public accounting firm that subsequently merged with Arthur Andersen & Co. He served almost nine years in Arthur Andersen & Co in the areas of auditing, corporate restructurings, privatisations, financial and corporate advisory and corporate finance. His last position was that of Experienced Manager with Arthur Andersen Advisory Services Sdn. Bhd.

He later joined Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB) in 1997 as the Executive Director of Finance, Business Development and Corporate Services. He was responsible in successfully leading the corporate transformation of MAHB from a corporatised government company to the first airport management company in Asia to be listed on a stock exchange. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of Malaysia Airports Sdn. Bhd., Malaysia Airports (Sepang) Sdn. Bhd., MAB Agriculture - Horticulture Sdn. Bhd., Malaysia Airports Management & Technical Services Sdn. Bhd., KL Airport Hotel Sdn. Bhd., Sepang International Circuit Sdn. Bhd., and was also the Chairman of Malaysia Airports Niaga Sdn. Bhd., Malaysia Airports Technologies Sdn Bhd and Asia Pacific Auction Centre Sdn. Bhd. All those companies are wholly owned subsidiaries of MAHB.

Presently, he is the Corporate Affairs Director of Peremba Construction Sdn Bhd where he takes charge of Finance, Strategic & Corporate Planning, Corporate Communication, Human Resource Development & Management, Information Technology, and Legal & Risk Management. He is also the current Chairman of Datascan Berhad
