JF TECHNOLOGY BERHAD ("JF TECH" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that all resolutions set out in the Notice of Tenth Annual General Meeting ("10thAGM")dated 7 October 2016 were duly passed by the shareholders of JF TECH by way of poll voting.

The results of the poll which were validated by Commercial QuestSdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by JF TECH, are set out in Appendix I.
