Outcome

The Board of Directors of Advance Synergy Berhad ("ASB") wishes to announce that the shareholders had at the Ninety-FourthAnnual General Meeting ("94th AGM") held on Thursday, 7 June 2018approved all theresolutions as set out in the Notice of the 94th AGM dated 30April 2018by way of a poll, except for Resolution 4 on the re-election of Dato' Ahmad Ghiti bin Mohd Daud which has been withdrawn following his resignation on 3 May 2018.

Theresults of the poll were duly validated by Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineers appointed by ASB.

Details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
