On behalf of WZ Satu Berhad ( WZ Satu ), Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that at the extraordinary general meeting ( EGM ) of WZ Satu held today, the shareholders of WZ Satu have duly approved all the resolutions set out in the Notice of EGM dated 29 December 2017 by way of poll.

The results of the poll were validated by Commercial Quest SdnBhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by WZ Satu.
