Globetronics Announces Successful Conclusion of 27th AGM with Key Resolutions Passed

PENANG, 8 MAY 2024 – Globetronics Technology Bhd  ("GTB" or the “Group”), an established player in the Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (“OSAT”)  and semiconductor industry, is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of its 27th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”), held virtually from Penang. Shareholders voted in favor of all key resolutions, reflecting strong confidence in the strategic direction and management of the Company.

During the AGM, shareholders approved the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2023, along with the re-election of several key directors, including Mr. Liaw Way Gian, Mr. Ku Chong Hong, Mr. Kang Wei Luen, Dato’ Sri Zaini Bin Jass, Mr. Chiew Jong Wei, Mr. Gan Sheng Yih, and Mr. Tan Teik Hsiung. The payment of Directors’ fees and benefits was also ratified, alongside the re-appointment of Messrs. KPMG PLT as the Company's auditors.
