Upon the completion of the Disposal, the expected gain arising from the Disposal would result in an increase in the Group’s earnings per share by approximately 6.14sen. 

 

Market Bearish 

Since the reversal of market sentiment in August 2014, share price has retreated with many that previously rallied alot retreating significantly. Pensonic has also retreated from lack of sentiment, declining from a high of RM0.485 to RM0.46 .. It has declined to even RM0.44..  

 

Waiting Game 

I am still holding to my Pensonic, FLBHD that i have good faith that the business is sound, that for long term, the stock will generate dividend and slow and steady capital gain.

 

Lets look ahead for 

- A profitable quarter in this announcement (business is seasonal) 

- Better sales pushed up due to pre-GST shopping 

- It is due for Pensonic to declare its dividend. 

- A realisation of RM0.06 per share when the disposal is completed.
