Keppel REIT is one of Asia’s leading REITs with a portfolio of premium Grade A commercial assets in prime business and financial districts pan-Asia.
In Singapore, all of Keppel REIT's Singapore assets are certified the highest Green Mark Platinum Award by the Building and Construction Authority. In Australia, most of the REIT's assets have achieved the 5 Stars National Australian Built Environmental Rating System (NABERS) Energy rating.
Overall, this is a good REIT with long WALE, reasonable gearing, stable occupancy rate over the years. The only issue is we don't know how much this Covid-19 will affect it.
The share price has dropped more 20% from its peak but also increased more than 20% from its lowest price in March.
I prefer to buy when the price is lower, below SGD 0.90 perhaps.
