Here is the answer:

If you are using nominee account like me, just call your investment bank and ask them to convert.

If you are using your own account under your name, register yourself with Tricor, then it will be easier for you to do online conversion.

You will only see your Sunway PR after the right has been registered under your name. Take example, if you just bought PR today and check the Tricor, you won't see the selection of Sunway PR. It will be only appear on 23 of Nov according to the info given by my friend after calling Tricor. But if you holding the PR from the beginning as given by Sunway, then the selection of Sunway PR is there in Tricor. Make sure your bank account has sufficient fund and also increase the transfer limit if the money need is more than its normal transfer limit.
