Mapletree Logistic Trust has a good management team. Healthy occupancy and rental reversions, long weighted lease term to expiry of over 4 years, and a balanced mix of single user assets and multi-tenanted buildings all contribute to portfolio stability. They also has committed sponsor. Everything is good except share price is in the high side.
