Uncovering MBL, a little known company from Muar with well published negative news
NO DISCLOSURE !
NO ANNOUNCEMENT !
Although this RM20.0m transaction amounts to 13.67% of MBL's NTA in 2020.
The intended purchase also deviate from MBL's core business.
Worst of all, the RM5.0m purported deposit for the transaction ended up in someone else's bank account for other purpose!!!
Seriously, MBL's Independant Directors and the auditor Messrs UHY (AF1411) better get to work before another Serba is detonated!!!

Wow, so good term, Seller took the money & can cancel the offer anytime without any responsibility, all the seller do is just return the money.
Say, if the seller put the money into a long business, earning 10% each month for 3 months, thereafter cancel the deal, return the money.
The seller pocketed RM1,500,000 & sleep peacefully, WOW
