Perak corp has fall quite a lot this last few months, from above 2.00 to below 1.70. Their animation theme park will going to official open soon next year. I think the theme park is not going to attract non-malay, it more target to malay population, but since malay is a big market, especially the theme park is targeting the middle income group, it's affordable. I think it does have some future if they can manage the cost efficiently. 

I will give it a gamble if fall to around 1.50.
