The digital terrestrial television in Malaysia is already on the way with MyTV Broadcasting Sdn Bhd have already set up firm ground here to introduce 30 channels initially and more over the next few years. Interestingly, New Zealand is a country that has experience going digital especially on the aspect of business and economic growth. Greg Harford from Going Digital New Zealand comes in to talk about what Malaysia needs to go digital, the challenges we will face and key learnings.

The reason is obvious! Wireless broadband need the bandwith! Once fully tv gone digital, the bandwidth will provide cheapest broadband by TM Gpacket!

Tv bandwidth give wide coverage! Just look at the analoque tv transmission, reliable and consistent! Once taken over by broadband, all tv transmission will transmit data instead!

Broadcast only one way -transmit for TV channels ... Internet(broadband) needs transmit and receive. Two different Digital technology.
