2018/19/20 Sector to focus - Construction - bluefun

亲爱的朋友们周末早上好。天空中下起了绵绵的长雨，而我已惊醒，却没爬山运动去 XD

话说基建股将会是近几年非常火红的一个投资主题，因为多项政府于 16/17年颁发的大型基建合约如 MRT2，LRT3，大道 highway etc 已经如火如荼地正在进行中。

那些把大型基建合约纳入 order book的基建公司在未来这两三年将会持续繁忙 (不怕没钱开饭吃)，就靠公司的经验如何把手上合约在限期内尽快完成，如何减低有关钢铁领域上扬的成本，如何解决外劳衍生的课题等等。

只要您有耐心，不多就三年的时间，投资一家 order book不错的公司，信誉良好的，信用高的管理层，执行合约能力佳的， PBT margin > 20%的，我想持续性的上扬趋势的价值一定会反映在公司未来的股价上，当：

(a) 营业额改善 Improvement in revenue
(b) 盈利改善 Improvement in profit(PBT)
(c) 税前净利率改善 Improvement in PBT margin
(d) 现金流改善 Improvement in cash flow (CFFO&FCF)
(e) 手上现金改善 Improvement in cash equivalents
(f) 债务改善 Improvement in debt level(of course is reduce the debt)

一般上，基建公司的债务偏高，现金流又没那么特出，可是以小弟个人的观点，只要有持续性的改善 (continuous improvement)，把盈利化成现金流流进公司 (turn the profit to cash in flow)，减少债务 (reduce debt level)，增加现金 (increase cash equivalent)，还是非常值得投资的 XD

大型合约就像一块已经正在饲养中的小牛，成长着丰甜多汁的牛排，用心与爱去呵护着，就等待那成长中的小牛，然后烧烤七分熟的时间，就可以大快朵颐啦，哈哈哈。 啊不过，这成长着的小牛与七分熟的时间在投资这条路上也许就是三年，大快朵颐需要很多很多的耐心，抵得住价值还没释放的寂寞而换来的成果 :D

当然利好的另一面就是利空，比如石油价跌个 < USD 30，政府突然取消大型基建合约，外劳人头税与限制外劳涌进的课题，钢铁领域上扬的成本。 这些不良因素当然是存在的，有好必有坏的一面，所以我们就要做功课细读研究公司会有什么样的政策去化解与解决这一些看似会淡化未来价值释放的利空 (bad catalysts) 。

其实不确定性并不恐怖，害怕的是明知道不确定性存在的我们却不去寻找更加明确的信息与方案，来指引着我们继续踏实前进。 :)

若是一家基建公司的信誉良好，执行能力佳，有效地控制成本的上扬，加上拥有多元化的业务比如 property development，concession asset(utility，water plant treatment，toll etc），logging & timber，plantation & others，那就是锦上添花啦。 那就好比如开多一条水喉，让水 (钱) 溜进来公司，创造财富与价值，这就是多元化的优势，创造持续性的收入与盈利，哈哈哈 :D

待颁发的大型基建合约：

(1) East Coast Railway Line (ECRL) - 55b
(2) Pan Borneo Sabah Highway - 13b
(3) High Speed Rail (HSR) - 60b
(4) MRT3 - 40b

基于有大型外国基建公司的参与与领导，分析家预计 51%的大型基建合约 or 85b 将会让本地基建公司分一杯羹。

Construction sector 的成长是已经非常明确性的画面，就看投资者怎么在这 10多家基建上市公司中，一一利用排除法过滤 (filter)，来选择最大投资回酬率 (higher investment return) 的公司了， 哈哈哈。
