Welcome to CK's Mergers & Acquisitions Theme Park - The BEST Has Yet to Come!

CK>> Getting another step closer to the takeover prices for both Emivest and LHH. Based on the today closing price, LHH seems like able to generate higher profit to shareholders as compared to Emivest. Around 3.45%, much more higher than your Fixed Deposit annual return (3%).

Emivest - 2.86% 1st leg gain in 2 months time, yummy yummy!!! (Again, this is just 1st leg gain, 2nd leg and 3rd leg gain not in picture yet).
LHH - 3.45% lst leg gain in 2 months time, yummy yummy!!! (Again, this is just 1st leg gain, 2nd leg gain and 3rd leg gain not in picture yet).
Fixed deposit - 3% one time gain in 12 months (Crazy! Stupid! Lower than inflation rate!!!)

Erm, why 2 months time? How confident are you that the deal will be completed in 2 months time? Erm... Erm... Don't ask me, I'm not the decision maker. All information are extracted from "Circular to Shareholder". Don't blame me if the deal is not completed in 2 months time start from now.

Then, what is 2nd leg gain, 3rd leg gain?

Erm... P&C la~ This is for myself only la~ My self-strategise strategies la~ If you want to know, buy me a dinner as I believe it should worth more than just a dinner. If disclose everything here, I will get more buyer competitors lo~

Anyway, this kind of investment is for old man like me. For youngster and those high risk takers, most likely they will laugh at me: "Stupid CK, 3-4% profit in 2 months, so little. I can make 30-40% profit in just 2 weeks!".

Well, I'm old man... I'm happy with 3-4% profit in 2 months (Yes, 3-4% profit out of my 99-100% capital. Not 30-40% profit out of my 10% capital. That is the main difference). Put all egg in one basket? Yes, it is me, an old man's investing strategies.

Good Luck!
