HSI Futures


U.S. stocks closed out a strong month on a quiet note on Friday, with the S&P 500 posting a modest gain to close at a new record as the latest positive data helped extend a rally that had been briefly threatened by overseas concerns.


Hong Kong's benchmark index failed to hold onto midday gains on Monday, hurt by a weaker gambling sector after data showed Macau casino revenue declined for the third straight month in August.


Plan A : Below 24530, do nothing

Plan B : Above 24837, do nothing

Plan C : Attempt buying if market holds firm above 24530 and triggers a buy

Plan D : Cut below 24530

Plan E : Consider selling if market gaps up but fails to break above 24837

Plan F : Cut above 24918

Market continued to hold firm despite failing to break away from this current consolidation range. Market must at least close firmly above 1869.5 to further convince buyers that market is still resilient.


Plan A : Consider selling if market fails to break above 1876.5

Plan B : Cut above 1882

Plan C : Attempt buying if market continue to hold firm above 1869.5

Plan D : Cut below 1864.5

 

 

FCPO

FCPO was exerted with selling pressure last Friday and it eventually break down to low of 1926. Market has breached supports for the uptrend and today there might be another round of downside as overnight soybean oil was down 60 cents. 

 

Plan A : Intraday player could sell at rebound. Resistance is looking at 1954. Target is projecting at 1878.

Plan B : Buyer may stay out.

Plan C : Above 1960, do nothing.

Plan D : Below 1900, do nothing.
