Ever since Trump became US President about 2 years ago, he has been bullying every nation except Russia. He is a big bully. His most powerful weapon is his trade sanctions and embargoes.

A trade sanction targets specific types of transactions and an embargo represents a complete prohibition of all trade activities between countries.

Trump’s main purpose of his sanctions and embargoes is to influence the behaviour of the targeted Nations. Currently Trump has imposed trade sanction on Iran and many other Nations. He has declared trade war on China.

He needs to do that to gain more homeland support for his re-election in about 2 years’ time.

I would like to share with you something Julius Caesar said long ago:

“Beware the leader who beats the drums of war in order to whip up the citizenry into patriotic fervour, for patriotism is a double-edged sword. It emboldens the blood and narrows the mind. And when the drums of war have reached fever pitch and the blood boils with hate and the mind has closed, the leader will have no need to seize the rights of the citizenry. Rather, the citizenry, infused with fear and blinded by patriotism, will offer up all of their rights unto the leader and gladly so. How do I know? For this is what I have done. And I am Caesar”

Beware of Trump because he is trying to follow what Caesar did long ago.
